The application manages client information, industry fees, has multiple calculators, content tools, generates downloadable documents from templates, and allows users to generate and compare closing costs. Replaced manual spreadsheets and disconnected tools with a single, integrated solution.

A mobile-first web application designed for couples to collaborate on baby name selection. Built specifically for mobile use with live updates between partners, allowing real-time collaboration and decision-making.

AI Document Parser

An AI-powered tool that automatically extracts and categorizes information from public record documents dropped into a Google Drive folder. The system processes thousands of documents per day, identifying key information with high accuracy. Then uses the extracted data to generate various documents. Automated what was previously a manual review process, saving hundreds of hours.

A custom-built static website for a local music festival, designed to showcase the event lineup, provide essential information to attendees, and create an engaging online presence for the festival. Features a responsive design optimized for mobile devices.

King To A Broken Throne

The official website for a heavy metal band, pairing a bold, responsive marketing site with a self-serve content backbone. Band members log in to manage tour dates and site content directly, no developer required, backed by Firebase Auth and Firestore. Includes an integrated print-on-demand shop, so the band can sell merch with no inventory to manage.

PartyHerald

An AI-powered campaign companion for tabletop RPG groups. Upload a session recording and it transcribes the audio, separates speakers, and attributes dialogue to the right players and characters, then writes up the session as an old-timey newspaper recap and maintains a running campaign wiki of characters, locations, and quests. Ships with review tools for auditing the AI transcription, speaker attribution, and entity extraction, plus public sharing and multi-user support.
